Mine planning in Promine relies on CAD’s blocks feature that allows you to insert tasks and mining blocks relevant to the mining operation. Each CAD block will show attributes that display the name, type, dates, and other chosen attributes from the options. To set up your parameters, you can easily configure several drift types, tasks like drilling/blasting or support, and mining blocks for the total tonnage per day per stope. All these blocks can then be inserted and set to have predecessors to ensure your schedule is in order. In this example, we see how to define those blocks and insert them for a sublevel stope mine. We first begin by drawing polylines that represents drifts, followed by the insertion of blocks for tasks and mining blocks. Each block will have a predecessor and be the successor of another block. At the end, the Gantt chart shows all the scheduled tasks in a timeline manner, which is directly inserted with Promine and can be easily visualized. ______________________________________ Follow us on our social media to stay up to date on our latest news and updates!
