It's got all the good fighting, the Shining Gundam is the coolest gundam until it gets upgraded to the Burning Gundam which is even more amazing! It's considered the dark horse of the Gundam franchise, but that's purely because it goes off the playbook in terms of political plotlines. G Gundam isn't about politics, its about Gundams doing the fighting and doing it well. And sometimes, or even most of the time, when I'm sitting down to watch Gundam, I'm there because I want to see some giant humanoid mechs battle it out. And that's what G Gundam is all about.
