It's a scandalous story that has reverberated across social media and triggered protests in Argentina, but which mainstream media in South and North America are studiously ignoring: Israelis - who are mostly veteran soldiers and sometimes accused war criminals - keep getting caught breaking Patagonia's strict rules against starting fires. And now the region is burning. Who started the fires, and why? The Grayzone's Oscar Leon interviewed Sebastian Salgado, an independent Argentine journalist who has investigated the issue from the ground.
