Anorexia recovery vlog about challenging your eating disorder exercise rules and breaking those exercise obsessions. For decades my anorexia made me obsessively exercise. Anorexia did not give me a choice – I HAD to exercise. There were so many times when the weather was bad, I didn’t feel well, or I just didn’t want to go out and walk…but anorexia made me. But over the past few years I have made progress with my anorexia recovery and I have challenged these eating disorder exercise rules and I started to break my exercise obsessions. I discuss this in this vlog. It was highlighted to me this week how far I have come because it has been snowing. Previously, I would have had to go out and walk in it for an hour but because I have pushed my anorexia recovery, I no longer had to. And it is so worth it. I share how I did it and what helped me to break these eating disorder exercise obsessions. I have not completely broken all of the anorexia exercise obsessions but I am definitely making good progress. If you want to have a watch of my recent video – My Anorexia Story, head to my channel. I hope you find it helpful and inspiring. I actually wrote a blog about my exercise obsession three years ago and you can read it here: https://www.bexquinlan.com/2017/12/le... I hope to keep you updated on how my anorexia recovery is going and if you want to keep watching, please subscribe to my channel.
