Use GREY transducer directly on affected tendon. Use RED or YELLOW transducer (depending on the shape of the surface to treat) on affected tendon as well as on surrounding areas. IMPORTANT: 1. clean the area to treat and soak it with warm water using a spray bottle or a sponge 2. apply ultrasound gel on the treatment area and directly on the transducer 3. massage the area to treat with the transducer in direct contact with horse hair 4. slide the transducer while applying some pressure on it, making both circular and linear movements 5. make sure there is always gel between the transducer and horse hair, until treatment time comes to an end Please note that these guidelines should be used as general indications for use.
