Hey folks! Here's an original titled Shapes, thanks for checking it out! SHAPES: PART 1: 00:00 - 01:10 PART 2: 01:11-03:56 PART 3: 03:57-06:02 The concept of the piece came from practicing multiple finger tapping - groups of 2 and 3 mostly (for another original, stay tuned!). I ended up writing this pattern where the left hand tapping ascends and the right hand descends. This ended up becoming Shapes Part 1. From there, I wrote Part 3 which is a more traditional instrumental rock solo. The piece lacked a bridge between Part 1 and 3 so I started messing around with delays and various times and this ended up becoming Part 2, which features all guitar tapping except for the very end where the lead guitar picks up. Sound design was also something I experimented with this piece. I might record some playthroughs of the parts individually.
