Unlimited utilities, free laundry, high-speed internet, furnished spaces, 24/7 Information Desks, study rooms, lounges, music practice rooms, and more are all included. The UMN housing application opens in November for new first-year students, and you do not need to wait until you've confirmed your enrollment to apply for housing.
