According to police, the survivor, a student from Tamil Nadu, was invited to a party at Rex Villa where the accused allegedly forced her to consume an intoxicating pill and assaulted her when she lost consciousness. They allegedly forced her to consume a pink-coloured intoxicating pill, causing her to lose consciousness. The accused have been identified as Dixon Sando (21) and Nikhil (35). They also allegedly threatened to kill her if she told anyone. The survivor later informed her brother about the incident. Police said the woman later approached authorities after informing her family. An FIR has been registered against Dixon Sando and Nikhil at Amruthahalli Police Station.A case has been registered at Amruthahalli Police Station under BNS Sections 64, 70(1), and 351(2) including charges of sexual assault and criminal intimidation. In her complaint to the police, the survivor stated that she has been living at the mentioned address with her friend for about five months while studying first-year BA in Psychology and Journalism at a college in Bengaluru. She is originally from Tirupur in Tamil Nadu. She came to Bengaluru for her studies. About a month ago (January 2026), she became acquainted with Dixon Sando through Instagram. They began chatting daily, met at a café in Koramangala a few times, and he expressed love for her, which she accepted. On 14 February 2026, after college and later dinner with a friend at a restaurant in Banashankari, Dixon called and invited her to a party at Rex Villa in Jakkur. She and her friend reached the villa around 1:15 am. At the party hall, Dixon introduced Nikhil as his friend. After some time, the two allegedly forced a pink tablet into her mouth. Within about 10 minutes she felt hot, dizzy, and disoriented. Dixon then allegedly took her to a room, made her lie on the bed, and left. She lost consciousness. When she regained partial awareness, she found her clothes partly removed and Nikhil touching her chest. When she asked about Dixon, Nikhil called him. She alleged that Dixon then forcibly removed her clothes, spread her legs, and sexually assaulted her against her will, while Nikhil also assaulted her and inserted his fingers into her private parts. Despite her resistance and screams, they did not stop. When she screamed loudly, they left the room, locked her inside, and went away. She later wore her clothes and found her phone under a pillow. Around noon, Dixon opened the door, and while dropping her near a mall, Nikhil allegedly threatened to kill her if she told anyone or went to the police. After the incident, she was frightened and did not immediately complain due to the threat. As the trauma continued to trouble her, she sought medical treatment at a Bengaluru hospital on 17 February 2026. She later informed her brother, who advised her to file a complaint, after which she approached the police.
