At the recent eCW Enterprise Summit, I learned how Version 12 of eClinicalWorks includes important conveniences that are saving time and reducing clinicians' frustration. We sat down with Danielle Graham, EMR Clinical Integrations Manager at The Little Clinic, to learn more about how this EHR update is helping her and the clinicians at her organization.  She explains in this video the value of the rightchart panel, the floating toolbar, and the upcoming playlist feature which are making an appreciable difference for her and her clinicians. Graham finds that version 12 shaves "a minute or two" off of the clerical tasks required for each visit, which might not seem like a lot but is extremely meaningful with today's short physician visits.
