Yamaha Virago Front Brake Repair - Part 1

Disassembly of the front brake system including the master cylinder, brake lines and eventually, the calipers, pistons and brake pads. The plan was to simply overhaul the master cylinder with a new rebuild kit and replace the sight glass as well as investigate why the brake lines were covered in vinyl wire loom. The original problem was mushy brakes and a brake lever that would pull nearly all the way back to the throttle. Unfortunately, I couldn't for the life of me get the brakes to bleed once it was back together (Part 2). In this video I point out what I eventually ended up finding out - that the calipers were serviced previously and reassembled basically, inside out. On top of that, the caliper pistons were seized.
