This is the result of a new Mustang 5.0 that launched off a mountainside about 350 feet. We are no strangers to these mountainside recoveries, and used our 75ton rotator (Big Flipper) to rescue this damaged coyote. The hike down to the car and back up was pretty brutal, even with my harness and a line. The extreme 90 degree weather did not help, but we still got the job done as we always do.
