Description Looking for a spicy and tangy summer treat? Try this Kachi Keri Ka Achar made with raw mango, green chili, garlic, and curry leaves, cooked in oil with desi spices. This traditional village-style achar is full of flavor and can be stored for weeks! Ingredients Kachi Keri (Raw Mango) – 1 kg Hari Mirch (Green Chili) – 100g Lahsun (Garlic) – 1 bulb (peeled) Kari Patta (Curry Leaves) – 10-12 leaves Mustard Seeds – 1 tbsp Fennel Seeds (Saunf) – 1 tbsp Kalonji – 1 tsp Haldi Powder – 1 tsp Red Chili Flakes – 1 tbsp Salt – to taste Oil – 1.5 cups (preferably mustard or vegetable oil) Tarkeeb (Method): 1. Wash and cut raw mango into thin slices. 2. Heat oil and add mustard seeds, fennel seeds, kalonji. 3. Add garlic, green chili, and curry leaves. Cook for 2–3 minutes. 4. Add raw mango, haldi, red chili flakes, and salt. Mix well. 5. Cook on medium flame till mango softens slightly and spices blend well. 6. Let it cool and store in a clean glass jar.
