Batman Unchained could have been a wild movie. In this episode of Forgotten Films, I take a look at the history and script behind Batman Unchained, the cancelled fifth installment of the Tim Burton/Joel Schumacher Batman anthology of the 90s. This film would have featured either George Clooney or Kurt Russell as Batman against Scarecrow and Harley Quinn. It would have also featured the "Court of Villains" scene in which Batman is put on trial by hallucinations of the villains from the previous films, including Jack Nicholson returning as the Joker. Batman Unchained also goes by the name "Batman Triumphant" occasionally.
