We pull the fenders, grille, and all the front end parts so we can see exactly what we’re working with on this old International project. Once the front clip is off, we focus on the grille section. It’s got plenty of dents, cracks, and broken spots from years of hard use, so we spend some time straightening metal, repairing damage, and bringing it back into usable shape. Nothing fancy—just good old shop work, hammers, patience, and making old parts solid again.
