Senior Rabbi at Montreal's Temple Emanu-El Beth Sholom. She was a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University where she completed her Masters and Doctorate degrees, and is a Wexner Graduate Fellow. She is an author, sought-after speaker, and active member on many boards and committees, and co-chair of the Montreal Board of Rabbis. Rabbi Grushcow is involved in the Reform Jewish movement on the international level and was nominated as one of “33 of America's Most Inspiring Rabbis” in 2015 by the Jewish Daily Forward.
