#dui #police #arrest A driver was stopped for driving at 39 mph in a 25 mph zone with no plates on the vehicle. When the officer pulled the driver over she saw signs of intoxication and an open box of alcohol sitting in the front seat. The driver said that he had been drinking but that he was not drunk while driving. After several attempts to pass a breathalyzer test, she was arrested for DUI refusal. She was later arrested again for failure to appear after release, bail jumping, and driving while license suspended or revoked.
