Why Accountability Matters with with Sam Silverstein

Hi, and welcome to another inspirational episode of Customize Your Life! This time, we’re sitting down to have a one-on-one conversation with someone who creates leaders wherever he goes.  Sam Silverstein is the author of seven books, a highly sought-after speaker, and someone who doesn’t just talk to you, but challenges you to be the best you can be. How? By teaching Accountability.  “Accountability,” Sam says, “is one of the most misunderstood words in the English language. We want it in others, but we aren’t willing to have it in ourselves.”   Sam should know—he has coached leaders, corporations, and entire organizations, combining his case studies, research, and hands-on approach.    Did you know that many countries don’t even have a word for “accountability” in their own language? As you’ll see from the interview below, Accountability is also one of my (Tony) favorite topics.
