We make commitments all the time, why not commit to a lifetime health change to improve the quality of your health. Some commitments last a lifetime and there are some commitments that only last a short time. When it comes to our health, we should make a lifetime commitment to get healthy and stay healthy if you are not already there. Commitments are sometimes hard to keep. That is why I have put together this Lifestyle transformation Commitment Journal. I too was on this roller-coaster journey myself, up and down weight lost and weight gain. I would get on a weight lost program and lose my ideal weight, and soon as the program is over and I start back during my normal routine, the weight would start creeping back up and before I knew It, I’ve gain back the weight and more. That is why I decided to educate myself and learn more about what I needed to do to transform to a lifestyle commitment and forget about those yoyo diet plans that helped me lose weight but nothing to keep it off.
