Morristown Community Meeting Pie Day, 2026

Morristown’s 3rd annual “Pie for Breakfast” celebrated community spirit with a morning full of sweet and savory pies, from homemade to store-bought. Local organizations shared three-minute pitches supporting healthcare, housing, family services, animal adoption, and more. Former Speaker and town moderator Shap Smith joined the festivities, and for the first time, the Town Report dedication was revealed. This beloved event continues to bring residents together and highlight the importance of community engagement in Morristown. The Morristown Selectboard is a five-member group elected at Town Meeting by the Community. The Selectboard meets every other Monday starting at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Meeting room located in the Tegu Building. The public is welcome and is encouraged to attend the meetings. Morristown Selectboard meetings are broadcast weekly on Green Mountain Access Television, Public Broadcast on Comcast Channel 1074.
