According to nhs.uk, ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) is a condition where the brain works differently to most people. If you have ADHD, you may have trouble with things like concentrating and sitting still. (This isn’t a full definition, as there are different types and experiences of ADHD.) ✍️ You’ll need: a quiet space and a pen and paper to take notes (optional). 🌟 This year, we’re marking World ADHD Awareness Month with special sessions in line with this year’s theme - The Many Faces of ADHD.
