In Cyber City from Sonic The Lost Worlds, the level has a dark blue color turning purple, the background is a bit reminiscent of The Machine from Sonic Spinball, the zone has the music from Casino Night 2pVs, a considerable difficulty and is the last zone of the game having the boss of Metropolis in act 2. In this version of Sonic 2 Delta, the most different Genocide City of all, it follows practically the entire layout of the proto Chemical Plant, the background has a sun with a blue background and a little Oil Ocean , the boss is the same as the one from Chemical Plant in act 2 and the music is from the Boss from Sonic 3. Genocide City from Sonic 2 Long Version is perhaps the most different of all, it uses the backgrounds and elements from Spirou from Super Nintendo , the level takes place in a city at night, the sky has a moon and rays, in the scene we can even see ghosts, acts 1 and 2 have the same layout and the boss is from Chemical Plant with a greater difficulty, the music is from Casino 2pVs. The Cyber City of RMS Edition is completely inspired by the Cyber City of Sonic Delta, it has the Chemical Plant layout in this version and music from Casino Night 2pVs. Genocide City from Sonic Delta is perhaps the most similar to what it would be like in the final game, it uses backgrounds and elements from The Machine from Sonic Spinball, has the music from the Bad ending by Knuckles Chaotix and a new boss inspired by the Studiopolis boss from Sonic Mania in act 2. Cyber City from Sonic 2 The Secret Zones is accessed by Snowy Winter and Metropolis act 3, perhaps it is the most beautiful of all, at the end of act 2 you are transferred to Death Egg. In Sonic The Hedgehog 2 Anniversary Edition you can select Act 3 of Metropolis to be Cyber City which has music from Casino Night 2pVs, elements from proto Metropolis and a boss from Metropolis. Cyber City Zone Recreation is very faithful to what the zone would originally be in Sonic 2 and it's cool to see how well previous hacks have recreated this zone.
