Our herbs and spices are painstakingly sourced to guarantee the finest expression of Anatolian flavour.Designed by Conran and Partners, the sleek interiors are comprised of a series of rooms featuring brass detailing and wood accentuating the natural elements of the space, and plush seating areas. . The interiors are bold and bright with an open kitchen, and patterned, chandeliers, giving both a rustic and regal vibe. RÜYA, which means dream in Turkish, is located on the third floor with a new look showcasing “the vibrancy of modern-day Turkey”. The O.G. RÜYA was known for its impeccable food, chilled-out entertainment and great views.
