Today is World Pilates Day 🌎 an international celebration of Joseph Pilates’ revolutionary fitness method. We are so grateful to him for creating this movement.  We would be remiss to not mention the contributions of the Pilates Elders who preserved Joe’s legacy: Bruce King, Carola Trier, Eve Gentry, Jay Grimes, Kathleen Stanford Grant, Lolita San Miguel, Mary Bowen, Naja Cori, Robert Fitzgerald, Romana Kryzanowska, and Ron Fletcher.  In this video, we hear from those who knew, studied, and worked with Joe, along with Pilates teachers who continue to spread his pioneering method.  We are all connected through the Pilates method.
