You can simply make DELICIOUS Food for your family, friends, and party at home. ..................🍴🍴🍴🍴⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ Recipe Below ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ 🍴🍴🍴🍴................... 🔥 Pineapple Yogurt Cake l You will be making this cake every week l super simple and easy recipe #ASMR 🔥 ✅ Ingredients: •4 Large eggs, separate whites and yolks, room temperature •7 Tbsp sugar •1 Tsp Vanilla extract •380g plain Greek yogurt •6 - 1/2 Tbsp tapioca starch •1 Tsp baking powder 🔺 Pineapple Jam: •1/2 C Pineapple, chopped •6-7 Tbsp sugar •1 - 1/2 Tsp tapioca starch 🔺 Tools: •8” Square pan •Parchment paper •Oil for brushing the baking pan ✅ Instructions: 1.Beat egg yolk, vanilla extract and sugar until smooth. 2.Add in plain Greek yogurt. Mix well. 3.Stir in tapioca starch and baking powder. Mix well until smooth. 4.Add egg whites in the yogurt mixture in 2 portions . Gently fold. Do NOT over mix. 5.Pour the batter into the baking pan, Tap a few times. Bake at 340 Degrees F for 45 - 50 minutes. After it’s done, chill in the fridge for 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes. Take it out from the fridge and move it from the pan. 6.Spread pineapple jam on the yogurt cake. Then dust powdered sugar over the pineapple jam. Now it’s ready to cut and serve.
