Covington, Indiana July 4th fireworks 2025, first time going, had a great time.

We thought we'd go to the town of Covington, Indiana and watch the fireworks for the first time. Apologies for the video, technology isn't my thing shooting videos of styling one of them. However when I did an internet search, there really wasn't a lot of information about their fireworks. So I thought I'd rip out my camera and shoot a video, sharing our experience. Their carnival was awesome, the operators were very polite and welcoming. The town is beautiful, I was surprised at how well they kept up with picking up, and emptying out all the trash cans throughout the event. One suggestion would be, to get a good seat near the stage. I was surprised how good the live music was, it was nice to sit in the shade of the trees, in the community's well manicured park, all the while listening to the great music. After the fireworks, the locals were very polite and all seemed to work as one, as we all were leaving the event. No one lost their temper, they were quick to let you merge into traffic, with a friendly wave. The Town Police department, work quick to direct traffic. From the time the fireworks ended, I believe it took us about 10 minutes to get out of town afterwards. We were parked at the towns softball fields, choosing to sit right at the back of our truck, enjoying the fireworks in the parking lot. All around, we had a great time. It was well worth the hour drive to attend their firework display. So if you're ever thinking about going to Covington Indiana, to watch their 4th of July fireworks, you should go early and make a day of it, you won't regret it.👍👍🇺🇸
