In this video, I compare and contrast the Sun and the Moon in astrology. The Sun and the Moon are two significant parts of your astrological birth chart interpretation. The Sun represents your individualized ego and personality of this specific life you are currently living in. It is both in an astrological sign and astrological house based on your date of birth, EXACT time of birth, and location of birth. The moon represents your feeling self and Soul. It is the accumulation of all ego expressions you have experienced living on Earth. It is also in an astrological sign and house based on your birth data. The goal in working with the Sun and Moon is to help them build a healthy relationship together. This particular energy work is the 'bridge' between the heart and the mind. It is about equally respecting the past and the future. Who you have been in the past and who you will become 💗 Blocks can occur between the Sun and Moon. These blocks connect to the chart patterns explored through the aspects (aka angles) between the natal chart planets. I briefly show you an aspect grid and how to identify the crucial blocks in a chart. I have found that when one is tired, exhausted, and not motivated that it can be a valuable exercise to explore the tension points between the SUN and other relevant planets in the birth chart. Alternately, I have found that if someone is repeating patterns (often in their career or relationships) and they feel like they end up in the same scenario, the MOON aspects would usually be most beneficial to explore.
