Emoto Racing Live Round 1 at Glen Hellen Raceway 17-20KW Intermediate

Round 1 of the E-Moto Racing Live Series at Glen Helen Raceway was a huge success. My dog Bruno and I got to the track early to get set up in the pits, soak in the atmosphere, and check out the track layout. Before practice, we cruised through the pits checking out some seriously impressive Arctic Leopard, E Ride Pro, Surron & Altis Bike builds—many of them outfitted with the incredible-looking Sirris suspension setups. After check-in and the riders meeting, it was time to hit the track for practice. We managed to get about five laps in, and the track was super fun—fast, flowing, and perfectly prepped. Once practice wrapped up, it was time to charge the bike and get mentally locked in for racing. Moto 1 didn’t come easy. While running in 3rd place, I had a small tip-over that forced me to dig deep and push hard without giving up. Staying focused paid off—when the rider in front of me made a mistake and went down, I was right there to capitalize and reclaim 3rd place, finishing Moto 1 on the podium. Moto 2 started rough but turned into a battle. I completely fumbled the start and wasn’t ready at the gate, leaving me dead last off the line. Somehow, I wasn’t too far behind, and within just a few corners I worked my way back into 3rd place. From there it was a solid, fun ride all the way to the checkered flag, holding onto 3rd and walking away with some hardware. Overall, it was an epic day of racing, great vibes in the pits, and an awesome way to kick off the E-Moto Racing Live Series.
