Gen 2 Raptor - CARABC SYNC 3 12" Screen Upgrade Welcome back to the channel everyone, and another video featuring my Ford Raptor. CARABC reached out to me to test their new "Lincoln" style 12" screen for the 2015-2020 Ford F150 platform trucks. So of course I said yes so I can get you guys a review and show you how to install it and use it. Overall the install wasn't too hard, I'd maybe say a 5/10 with some basic mechanical knowledge and minimal tools needed. I have already replaced my radio before, so I was already used to taking my dash apart but that is a fairly easy job in itself. I tested the screen out for a week of daily driving/use, and I have no issues to report back with. I didn't have to update anything or change any settings, it just worked. There was an initial moment where the screen size wasn't lining up, but all I had to do for that was unplug, and plug the system back in for it to sync up. As you will see in the video I was using a MagicBox for wireless CarPlay, but you can still use wired, or any other CarPlay dongle that is out there.
