[Touhou Danmakufu] Makutaware by Makuta Matara - Hard Clear

When was the last time I played a standalone script on the channel... Well, I guess IotDF counts... still too long... Also the fact that this is still just my first video of 2026. Oops. Anyway, here's Makutaware, created by my friend Makuta Matara (duh, I already said it in the title). This was created for the Bullet Hell Artistry 7 contest over on the Bullet Hell Engines server in 2023, where the prompt was to make a script with mechanics you usually do not find in shmup games, so Makuta here made one based off Warioware. There are three difficulties, Easy, Normal and Hard. Usually what they do is affect the speed of the minigames, or density, in the various "microgames" you get put through, which there are 9 of. Every 5 minigames you also get a Spell Card to clear. (Which are also different depending on difficulty.) You can get life pieces for clearing microgames, and lose a life for dying on them. On Spell Cards, you have 2 lives and 2 bombs for each life, and you can get multiple life pieces depending on how well you do. (Typically, try to either No Miss or No Bomb them, failing both doesn't get you any life pieces, but you don't lose an actual life if you don't lose all the "mini-lives". This also has the side effect of Spell Cards counting as two minigames, and you only get 1 point if you don't NMNB, 2 if you do.) After a while, the games will also rank up, making them faster/denser and harder. Typical Warioware stuff. I've only played one Warioware game on GBA through NSO, so I don't have the biggest experience, but I found it decently fun. At the end, you get a rank for how well you did. Anyway, all in all a very fun script that I very much recommend playing. It also has a minigame practice so you can check how good you are before trying to clear a full run.
