Power Prayer To Break The Spirit of Control Mighty God, Creator of heaven and earth, we come boldly before Your throne today, acknowledging Your supreme authority and power over all things. You are the Alpha and the Omega, the One who holds dominion over every force and influence in the spiritual and natural realms. Today, in the name of Jesus Christ, we stand in the authority You have given us as believers, and we rise up against the spirit of control that seeks to dominate, manipulate, and enslave Your people. Father, we recognize that the spirit of control has attempted to weave its way into our lives, our families, our relationships, and even into Your church. It seeks to undermine the freedom that You have granted us through the death and resurrection of Your Son. But today, we declare that where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty, and we refuse to be entangled in any yoke of bondage any longer (2 Corinthians 3: 17). We expose every hidden agenda of the spirit of control. Just as Jezebel sought to manipulate, intimidate, and dominate Israel, we expose and renounce every demonic influence that seeks to exert control over our thoughts, decisions, and actions. We stand firm in the name of Jesus and break the chains of manipulation, domination, and intimidation that have been operating in our lives. We declare that the tactics of the enemy will no longer have power over us, for we are more than conquerors through Christ who loves us (Romans 8: 37). Lord, we recognize that the spirit of control often comes through fear, insecurity, and intimidation. But we declare today that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1: 7). We refuse to bow to fear or to any force that seeks to steal our peace and rob us of our God-given freedom. Every oppressive thought and every anxious spirit that has come to manipulate our minds and hearts, we bind you now in the name of Jesus! We come against every manifestation of control in relationships—whether through emotional manipulation, guilt, or intimidation. We break its power over our families, over our marriages, over our friendships, and over our children. We declare freedom in the name of Jesus! Lord, Your Word declares in Galatians 5: 1, "It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery." We stand firm in the liberty that You have given us, and we refuse to return to any form of spiritual bondage. Father, we also break the stronghold of control in the church. Where there has been any form of legalism, manipulation, or domineering leadership, we call for divine alignment with Your will. Let every false authority be broken now in the name of Jesus. We declare that Your church will be led by the Holy Spirit, walking in unity, humility, and love. Any person or leader operating under a spirit of control, we call them to repentance and deliverance today in Jesus' name. Purify Your house, Lord, and let Your true authority reign! We also come against the spirit of rebellion and defiance that often partners with control. Just as Satan sought to control and rebel against You, we reject every rebellious spirit that would rise up in our hearts. We submit ourselves fully to You, God, as Your Word commands in James 4: 7: "Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We humble ourselves under Your mighty hand and trust that You are in control of every area of our lives. Right now, in the name of Jesus, we break every legal right that the spirit of control may have in our lives. We repent of any open doors—whether through fear, pride, rebellion, or even witchcraft—that have allowed this spirit to operate. We cancel every demonic assignment, every soul tie, and every generational curse that has kept us in bondage. We declare that through the blood of Jesus Christ, we are redeemed, and no weapon formed against us will prosper (Isaiah 54: 17). Holy Spirit, we invite You to take full control of our lives. Fill every area where the enemy once had influence. Let Your peace, Your wisdom, and Your power flow freely in us. We surrender our will, our plans, and our desires to You. We trust You to guide us into all truth, and we submit to Your lordship over every area of our lives. We decree and declare that from this day forward, the spirit of control is broken in the name of Jesus. No longer will we be manipulated or dominated by fear, insecurity, or intimidation. We are free in Christ, and whom the Son sets free is free indeed (John 8: 36). Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for releasing us from every bondage. We declare that Your power is greater than every force of darkness, and we choose to walk in the liberty of Your Spirit from this day forward. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray and declare victory, - Amen!
