Scilab is a free, open source, numerical computational software/package which can be used to perform complicated mathematical operations, modelling and simulating dynamical systems, numerical analysis, statistical analysis, and various visualizations. It is a very important skill for students of Physics, Mathematics or Engineering. In this video I give a very basic Introduction to the Scilab Environment for absolute beginners. I discuss mathematical operations, arrays, matrices, trigonometric functions, conditional statements, conditional loops like while loop or for loop, and functions. I will create follow up videos related to plotting, solving differential equations, solving Schrodinger's equation etc. 00:00 Introduction to SciLab 04:22 Mathematical Operations 10:57 Mathematical Constants 13:44 Trigonometric Functions 17:22 Variable Initialization 20:33 Arrays & Matrices 34:05 Solve System of Linear Equations 36:40 Help Browser 38:02 SciNotes/ Editor 44:54 Conditional Statement - IF ELSE THEN 52:48 Conditional Loop - WHILE Loop 58:00 Conditional Loop - FOR Loop 1:00:24 Fibonacci Series 1:02:57 Functions Join my Telegram Channel ► https://t.me/FortheLoveofPhysicsYT 𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬𓏬 Your financial support provides me an additional incentive to create high quality lecture videos.
