Created by occupational therapists who themselves have dysautonomia, this resource transforms clinical knowledge into everyday solutions. Unlike conventional medical guides, this workbook is organized around essential “areas of occupation” including work, education, health management, and daily living activities. Each section explains how dysautonomia affects specific aspects of your life and provides actionable strategies to increase your independence and well-being. Whether newly diagnosed or looking for better ways to manage long-term symptoms, this comprehensive workbook empowers you to participate more fully in the activities that matter most to you. What’s inside: ➡️ Evidence-based approaches for managing POTS, long COVID-related dysautonomia, and other autonomic disorders ➡️ Customizable action plans and symptom tracking tools ➡️ Practical strategies for energy conservation and symptom management ➡️ Real-life solutions developed by professionals with clinical and lived experience The workbook aligns with DSN's mission to provide community support and empower those affected by dysautonomia. "For those navigating the challenges of POTS, long COVID-related dysautonomia, or other forms of autonomic dysfunction, this workbook combines vital education with practical applications," said Stephanie Heape-Reller, President of the Board of Directors of DSN. "As both diagnosis rates and awareness increase, resources like this become essential for the growing community managing these conditions."
