In this Video I go over my experiences with both the altra lone peak 7's and the new brooks Cascadia 17. I cover the fit, sole, rock plate, acceptability of shoe gaiters, weight and current wear. They are both great shoes but at this point I prefer the Cascadia 17 simply because of the better rock plate.
