Welcome to Maira's Kitchen Channel.This video is about Chicken Pakora Serves 6-8 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Dahi (Yogurt) ¾ Cup -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs -Soy sauce 2 tbs -Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp -Chaat masala ½ tbs -Haldi (Turmeric) powder ½ tsp -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp -Orange food color 1/8 tsp -Ajwain (Carom seeds) crushed ½ tsp -Himalayan pink salt ½ tbs or to taste -Chicken mix boti 800g -Baisan (Gram flour) 1 Cup -Cornflour ¼ Cup -Baking powder ½ tsp -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tsp -Water ¼ Cup or as required -Safed til (Sesame seeds) ¼ Cup -Cooking oil for frying Direction: -In a bowl,add yogurt,ginger garlic paste,soy sauce,lemon juice,red chilli powder,coriander seeds,chaat masala,turmeric powder,red chilli crushed,cumin seeds,black pepper,orange food colour,carom seeds, pink salt & whisk well. -Add chicken,mix well,cover & marinate for 1 hour. -Add gram flour,cornflour,baking powder,fresh coriander & mix well. -Add water & mix well. -Add sesame seeds & mix well. -In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on low flame until golden. -Serve with green chutney.
