Mr Townsend wished for a machine that could satisfy his love for dual-delay and reverb driven ambient soundscapes; the Ocean Machine is the realisation of that dream. It features 2 x stereo delay engines each with 9 algorithms and a reverb engine also with nine algorithms. The three engines plus the 44 second looper can be routed in virtually any order (and on the fly!) for a countless number of sonic possibilities. It so much fun I lost a couple of days playing with it before I stopped myself and shot this video. You have to try one! I'll upload a more explanatory video in the near future. As there are many comprehensive demos already out there, I figured a practical demonstration would be more useful.
