Autorotational keratoplasty is a good technique for eccentric scars in countries where corneal tissue is scarce. It work best if the inferonasal and the central area could be cleared off the opacity. A computer assisted simulation can be used as shown by A.Prof ( Dr )Tushar Agarwal from AIIMS, New Delhi, few years back at the AAO. Ideal initial cases include ones without cataract and adherence. However , the current case shows a more advanced situtation where there was a dense cataract and iris adherence. The outcome was very good and there was good gain in the CDVA
