Check out our Reverb listing: https://reverb.com/item/38738618-leed... Here is a very lightly used, nearly mint-condition 4x14" Leedy & Ludwig "New Era" snare drum in white marine pearl! This drums has a dry, crispy response and a shorter sustain to its overtones. It has been carefully cleaned and restored from what was already fantastic condition - there was some dust and grime on the surface that was easily removed. All that remains now is one cosmetic mark, pictured on the rim. For this drum's age, it is in phenomenal collector's condition with hardly a mark on it. Having a clean reset on its natural aging process, it is ready for many more years of play if desired. Its heads and wires are newer and in good shape. Steve’s Notes: This one is from my personal collection. I love the 4x14 side, and also love the side-by-side lugs and the double flange rims. This was actually a predecessor to the Slingerland Buddy Rich 4x14 model of the early 70s. I wanted one of these for my collection and now that I have had it for awhile I am cool to let it go to a new home. This is an excellent example of a very cool drum.
