Dolphin estate phase 1 consists of 646 units of 4 bedrooms identical semi-detached duplexes, phase 2 has 236 units of 4 bedrooms duplexes, 440 3 bedrooms flats and 136 units of 2 bedrooms flat. Dolphin high rise consists of 8 blocks of 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms flats. Dolphin estate is a resident mostly for upper middle income earners or high income earners. The estate has two entry and exits points which are both open to public and can be assessed through Eko bridge which is the main gate or through Obalende the back gate. The Estate does not have any available lands as all parts of the estate are developed. Prices of Properties in the estate: 4 bedroom semi- detached duplexes : 4 million naira - 7 million naira (rent) and 70 million naira - 100 million naira (sale) 3 bedroom flat : 25 million naira - 30 million naira (sale) 2 bedroom flat : 1.2 million - 1.5 million (rent) and 18 million naira - 25 million naira (sale).
