Gobhi Manchurian! गोभी मंचूरियन . Homemade Gobhi Manchurian Quick & Delicious Recipe. Ingredients 1 medium cauliflower (cut into florets) ½ cup all-purpose flour (maida) ¼ cup cornstarch ½ tsp red chili powder ¼ tsp black pepper Salt to taste Water (for batter) Oil (for deep frying) 1 tbsp garlic (chopped) ½ tbsp ginger (chopped) 1 green chili (chopped) ⅓ cup onion (chopped) ¼ cup bell pepper (capsicum) 1 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp red chili sauce 1 tbsp tomato ketchup ½ tbsp vinegar 1 tsp sugar Spring onion greens (for garnish) --- Method 1. *Prepare Cauliflower* Cut into medium florets. Soak in warm water for 5 minutes, rinse, and drain. Pat dry completely to avoid sogginess. 2. *Make Batter* Mix flour, cornstarch, chili powder, pepper, and salt. Add water gradually to make a smooth, medium-thick batter. 3. *Fry Cauliflower* Heat oil on medium flame. Dip florets in batter and fry until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towels. 4. *Prepare Sauce* Heat 1½ tbsp oil in a wok. Sauté garlic, ginger, and green chili for 1–2 minutes. Add onion and bell pepper, stir-fry on high flame. Mix soy sauce, chili sauce, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, and a little water. Cook until sauce thickens slightly. 5. *Combine* Add fried cauliflower to the sauce. Toss gently so florets are coated evenly. 6. *Serve* Garnish with spring onion greens.
