If we use screw type extruding type charcoal briquette machine, we need add 30-35% water based on charcoal powder. And 5-7% binder based on charcoal powder. The turn is: 1, Put in charcoal powder 2, Put in binder( while mixing)--- this helps mix more uniform( fully cambined together well). 3, If the mixture turns out to be too dry( we can hold in hand to feel), we add more water in( ! also need while mixing, need mixing at the same time, and add water slowly) Then mix all to 15 minutes( if you are familar with the process, you can adjust based on your experience also).
