#oxtailsoup#koreanfood#꼬리곰탕 Hi everyone~ this time I made Korean oxtail soup(Kkori Gomtang). It is one of my best soup for cold weather. It does take time to make, but it is not hard to make. And I'm pretty much sure that you will love it. Here is a simple summary of the recipe. 1. Drain out the blood Soak all the meat and bones in cold water for 3 hours. Replace the water every hour (2 times total) 2. Discard the water, and rinse off meat and bones to remove other impurities or bone chips, and cut out extra fats roughly 3. Put all the meat and bones into a large pot. Fill the pot with enough water to cover them. And boil on high heat just for 30 minutes. 4. Take out all the meat and bones. And rinse them again in cold water. Don’t forget to clean the pot. 5. Place them back into the pot. And refill the water and simmer it around four hours. 6.
