#Travel #GOA #GoanFood We Won a Lottery in Goa! Yes, we did! Welcome to the 4th episode of Goa vlog in Malayalam. We kicked off our day exploring the vibrant Portuguese quarters of Fontainhas. However, things didn’t go as planned—our excitement was cut short when locals confronted us for taking photos in front of their colorful homes. So, we decided to move on and landed at the iconic Confeitaria 31 de Janeiro, a bakery renowned for its freshly woodfire-baked delights. From Blueberry Cheesecake and Orange Cake to Bebinca, Chicken Slider, and Pie, the flavors were simply incredible! Next, we visited the Immaculate Conception Church but found it closed for renovations. As rain clouds gathered, we made our way to Colva Beach. Here, we spent hours relaxing at a beach shack, where our parents got their hair braided with colorful threads—a fun and unexpected experience! The day wrapped up with shopping at Colva Market and takeaway dinner from the much-loved Mucho Goa. On day two, we headed back to North Goa and stopped at Kutumb Restaurant in Panaji for the best Goan fish thali we’ve ever had! The kingfish fry, calamari roast, fish curry, and cafreal chicken were absolute showstoppers. Our excitement, however, turned into disbelief when we reached the apartment we’d booked in Candolim—it was a disaster! A leaking roof and a bucket to collect water were not part of our expectations.
