This song is our ode to love and to be loved no matter what expression of love you hold in this world. The Hebrew lyric is taking script from Songs of Solomon loving psalms about Jerusalem: “By night on my bed I sought whom my soul loveth;” In the psalm, this poem refers to the bosom of the city of Jerusalem. All of David’s psalms are the most romantic poetry in Jewish liturgy. In this version, the english is original Mostly Kosher lyrics that was the result of our interpretation of this historical poem. As our culture is timeless, so is the celebration of love for each other.
