In today’s video I’ll show you my new favorite NNM steel recipe and 3 ways to use it from something easy all the way up to the highest level I can paint today. If you watched the end of my last video in which I painted up one of the Ork Squig riders, I talked about how I discovered this new recipe while painting all the metallic parts of the model. The idea there was to paint something that looks like, slightly corroded and worn, but still shiny steel, and the end result got quite close to what I imagined. I liked it so much that I thought I should perfect it more and not just forget about it and come up with something new like I usually do. And I ended up painting 3 terminators, 2 Iron Warriors and a very metallic looking ultramarine. So, If you want to learn how to paint NNM steel, or simply want to learn this particular recipe, stay with me until the end and you can watch me paint all three of these models. The first one fast and cutting all the corners, then putting in some effort but still trying to be reasonable with the time for the second one. And finally pulling out all the stops with the third one, going for the best Non Metallic Metal I am currently capable of.
