Surf towns, beaches and rail trails (S1E54) This week we’re exploring more of the East Coast of Australia. After leaving the beautiful city of Brisbane we soon end up in Gold Coast, where the first surfers are catching their daily portion of waves. A short climb brings us to the Northern Rivers Rail Trail, which is an enjoyable ride to Byron Bay. Some more rides, nice camp spots on the beach and in the woods lead us to Port Macquarie, where we support the hundreds of athletes competing in their Ironman event. Enjoy the ride!
