Today we stepped outside the classroom. Field trip to study a luxury barbershop model in The Quarry area of San Antonio. Different environment. Different tempo. Different expectations. It also happened to be the day the school celebrates all February birthdays — so yes, cake was involved. But the focus stayed on development. We visited Scissors & Scotch to analyze their service structure, pricing model, atmosphere, and client flow.
