Because I know people who have been slaving away at the game for days upon days farming for specific exotic pieces only ending up empty-handed. So in today's video, I'm not only gonna show you guys the fastest ways to farm for exotics in the division 2 as of right now, but also how to farm for whatever exotic piece you need. Like if you need the Saint Elmo's engine today, I'm gonna show you what you can do. So I'm gonna give you guys 3 fast methods of farming exotics, and the second method is guaranteed. But I encourage you to give all these methods a try. I personally have better luck running countdown So guys, I'm gonna reveal 3 fast methods for farming exotics, that you can start right now. 2 are specific and 1 is a guaranteed exotic each time. But I really encourage you to give all these methods a try because if not, you'll never know where your luck truly lies. So as of right now, the level 90 summit farm is in my opinion the fastest way to farm for exotics. In fact, the level 90 summit farm is probably the fastest way to farm for most of the specific items that you need. And that's mainly because you have the option to select your targeted loot as well as the chance to eliminate 3 named NPC bosses within a short period of time. This is actually a great way to get the exotic capacitor assault rifle by the way. All you need to do is have assault rifles selected as your targeted loot. Also, keep in mind that by doing this, you will increase your chances of getting the capacitor or any exotic assault rifle in the general loot pool. So this next method is a bit of a gamble, and you will need a decent amount of material resources, but it can be done every 10 to 15 minutes and it's a guaranteed exotic. What you're going to need to do is complete the weekly SHD requisition project, which will reward you with an exotic cache. And if you have four characters, you can do this on all of them. You can also do the weekly summit project as well since this will also reward you with an exotic cache. And you just might get the exotic weapon or gear piece you're looking for. But this will only work for the exotics that are within the general loot pool. So the Saint Elmo's engine, capacitor, iron lung, and so on and so forth. Just don't expect to get the ouroboros or eagle bearer doing this. If this method is too tedious for you, I'll show you a third method that works great as well, and that's by farming out in the open world. So with this method, you won't have the option to select your targeted loot like you can in the summit, but it's still a great method. So, what you're going to do is farm control points. This is actually a very powerful method, and to make it even better, I recommend adding some directives because this will help increase targeted loot drops. And the more the better right? I like to farm this on heroic with 2 directives, but if you're more comfortable with playing on challenging, perhaps try that with 3 directives.
