The fiber laser ECO can be equipped with “IPG” 1000W, 2000W or 3000W resonators. By this type of laser there are no mirrors and no optical elements in the way of the laser beam. By fiber-optic cable it is being transported to the work area without losses, i.e. the power losses are ZERO. The metal cutter uses “NUKON NLCH”, which is easy for operation and maintenance. The metal laser cutting machine has very low power consumption. Total consumption is 7kW. Loading and unloading of machined parts is carried out by a pallet changer table with hydraulic height adaption during the cutting process – retrofitting with additional automation functions is possible. System to illuminate the work area is part of the standard equipment. The working area is provided with a full enclosure and the cutting process can be observed via a special-glass window.
