Ms Molly is a 39 year old capuchin monkey who has lost both of her owners and is now living out the rest of her days here at Misfitland Monkey Rescue.. She has become good friends with the adorable Gunner Boeh.. Gunner Boeh moved here years ago when his pet humans became ill and fighting sickness… Ms Molly had NEVER been exposed to other monkeys in all of her 39 years so I wasn’t sure how she would respond to life here at the rescue… EVERYONE HERE IS FIXED and just living the best life possible for the rest of their life so she doesn’t have to worry about being used in that type of way by the others so that has to be a relief for her and make her more confident about interacting with them.. I can honestly say that Molly has taken to others of her kind QUICKLY!!!! Gunner has been here for years and still acts like I am mistreating him when I force him to be with the others vs with me… I guess the difference is Gunner had humans 24/7 and Molly spent a lot of time alone.. Not sure at all but what I am sure of is Gunner and Molly are bonding and I LOVE THAT!!!! Look at them just being monkeys!!!! Isn’t it adorable!!!! I think he likes older women and she obviously likes her men young!!! What can I say???? My Molly is a cougar… lol… They own me!!! Life is too short to fit in!!!
