Paint your nails white.. Don't need working on wet nail polish but if you like a bit melted design, you can do one nail at the same time. /I let the white dry or almost dry and after started the flowers/. I begin the flowers by dotting tools, big then small dots on the top of each other /here we need wet dots, don't wait until they dry/. Then by using needle I make the petals. I paint different pattern that you may see in the video. When I finished need to wait until the nails getting dry.
